100-Hour Yin Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training
This immersive yin yoga teacher training in India offers a 100-hour Yoga Alliance-recognised certification and serves as a stand-alone training or as part of our 300-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training and 700-hour Yin Yoga Therapy™ education pathway.
Designed for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and dedicated students, this two-week experience blends Yin Yoga Therapy™ with Buddhist-based mindfulness meditation. You’ll explore how these two practices support emotional regulation, trauma release, and nervous system restoration—both on and off the mat.
Through in-depth theory, guided meditation, functional anatomy, meridian wisdom, and Buddhist philosophy, you’ll learn to guide classes that offer not just relief—but refuge. This is a training that strengthens your presence, your purpose, and your ability to lead with compassion and clarity.
Held at Nalanda Retreat, one of the most respected centres for yin yoga and Meditation teacher training in Goa, this program also includes a Yin Yoga Therapy™ practitioner diploma in ‘Yin Yoga & Meditation’—a component of the 700-hour Yin Yoga Therapy™ education developed by Alexandra Denkinger, M.D. (Acu).
