Who will be leading the Yin Yoga Therapy training in Goa?

You’ll be guided by experienced teachers from Nalanda, as well as expert faculty we collaborate with from respected institutions in India and around the world—including the Body-Mind-Soul School, known for blending yin yoga therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and mindfulness in their Yoga Alliance-certified programs.

Will this certification qualify me to teach internationally?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a Yoga Alliance-accredited 200-hour certificate and a Yin Yoga Therapy™ practitioner diploma—both recognised worldwide, allowing you to teach Yin Yoga professionally in studios, online, or on retreats globally.

How does this training prepare me to integrate meridian theory and emotional healing into my teaching?
