This 21-day Yoga Teacher Training in Goa is designed to take you from dedicated practitioner to confident, capable teacher. Rooted in the strength of Ashtanga Vinyasa, the discipline of Traditional Hatha, and the fluidity of Mixed Styles, the course offers a comprehensive foundation for those ready to deepen their practice and step into the role of teacher with integrity.

Each day blends structured learning with embodied experience—through asana practice, teaching methodology, alignment and adjustment labs, philosophy, and anatomy. With regular teaching practice and personalised feedback, you’ll graduate with the tools, understanding, and presence to guide others safely and effectively.

Hosted with at Nalanda, our world-class yoga resort in Goa, this fully residential training includes a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, nourishing vegetarian meals, and an inspiring community. Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Acro Yoga, Gaia joined Tribe in 2011 and has since grown into a lead teacher, guiding students and teachers across Europe and Asia.
