50-Hour Yoga Nidra & Breathwork Teacher Training
This in-person, residential training in Goa invites you to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner compass. Designed for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and dedicated practitioners, this course blends ancient yogic rest practices with modern somatic breathwork to support nervous system healing, emotional integration, and deeper embodiment.
Over the course of the week, you’ll gain practical tools for trauma-informed facilitation, explore the connection between breath and resilience, and learn how to guide others through deeply restorative practices like Yoga Nidra and Transformational Breathwork. All of this unfolds within the peaceful, supportive atmosphere of Nalanda Retreat’s beachfront sanctuary.
Whether your intention is to refine your teaching, deepen your personal practice, or simply restore your energy, this training meets you where you are. It’s for those who understand that rest is not a luxury—it’s a skill. That breath can open doors words cannot. And that teaching with authenticity starts by listening within.
