About the Teacher
I'm Veronica. In recent years, I've immersed myself in the study of yoga, Buddhism, and Ayurveda in the East, as well as psychology in the West. Alongside offering group and private yoga instruction, I also produce, create, and lead workshops globally, including self-healing journeys using spiritual tools.
This is an invitation to slow down, relax, and step outside the studio or home. Our retreat provides a sanctuary for personal and collective healing, offering a space to withdraw from daily life and delve deeper into the world of yoga. Together, we will learn tools to remove internal obstacles and open the universal aspects of your unique self.
Join me in the most authentic and sacred place—the birthplace of yoga, India—for an experience that is true and real.
Please arrive in Goa, India, no later than the day before the retreat or by the morning of January 29th. Our first meeting will be on January 29th at 4:00 PM, followed by the opening ceremony. Goa is a destination that naturally invites you to stay longer, so extending your stay beyond the retreat is highly recommended if possible. Please ensure you obtain a visa, which is straightforward if you are arriving for less than 60 days.
