Morning Sattva Yoga Practice (09:00 - 10:30 am) Originating in the foothills of the Himalayas, Sattva Yoga is a holistic practice which combines the physical postures (asanas) with breathwork techniques (pranayama) and kundalini energy movements (kriya) in a dynamic flow to bring your whole being into alignment.
Every morning Andra will take you on a powerful inner journey, working with specific intentions, to help you transcend limitations and open up new possibilities. A new way of feeling, a new way of being, a new insight - each bringing you closer to your true self.

Afternoon Practice (4:30 - 5:30 pm) Afternoon practices are focused on new experiences and insights to continue opening up new possibilities. We will be guiding you through different types of meditation, so you can experience them deeply and get a feeling for which ones you like the most.
- Osho Kundalini Meditation - express and release accumulated stress and tensions through a four stage dynamic meditation designed by Osho
- Mindfulness Meditation - learn how to use your breath and your senses to stay in the moment and calm the monkey mind
- Transcendental Meditation - using mantra to train the mind in staying present and focused
- Sound Meditation - surrender to the power of sound bath to experience a state of full relaxation and balance
- Nature Walking Meditation - reconnect with mother nature through a jungle trek followed by a silent beach walk at sunset.
Finally, a group consciousness coaching session will support you in moving forward in your life with clarity of vision and confidence after the retreat, so you can create long lasting transformation.
