About the Teacher

I believe in our power to evolve & transform.  I believe that how we live, matters. I am convinced that we are here to grow, manifest our deepest dreams, and become the best versions of ourselves.

I enjoy doing meaningful work.

 Without health—without the ability to move, to move freely without pain, without a connection to our mental-emotional well-being—does anything else matter?

My teaching has evolved since I started teaching 15 years ago and it keeps transforming the more I practice, teach, and play. My lived experiences shape it, offering insights into navigating life's challenges with grace and resilience.

 For me, yoga is not just a class in your calendar.

 Yoga is a way of being and living that inspires you to know yourself better and nurtures personal growth.

 When we establish a dedicated daily self-practice, our perspective changes and we find interest and intention to lead a meaningful and balanced life.

 I want to inspire you to take action to take care of your physical, emotional, and mental health.

 Holding space for others to evolve and transform gives me the space & strength to do the same.

 My teachings apply to yoga but to life itself at the same time.

 If you never tried yoga before or maybe you have a bias that yoga is meant only for young and flexible people, I invite you for your first yoga trial class to see where it takes you.
