  • Daily morning coconut water at 7:30 am
  • Pranayama and Meditation session at 7:45 am
  • Yoga session at 8:15 am
  • Nutritious buffet brunch at 9:30 am
  • Spa treatments, beach time and relaxation from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • Afternoon yoga class at 4:00 pm
  • Beach walk and sunset at 6:00 pm
