with Tapashi Devchoudhury and Anika Hausdorff
16 Feb 2025 - 22 Feb 2025 (1 week)

Take a deep dive into your soul and reconnect with your powerful self-healing instincts. While the Body learns to let go of old patterns and learn something new through conscious movement, the Mind shall experiment with unlearning and relearning. The Soul will be nourished through self-work and creative self-expression using different tools.

The various movement and meditation practices, as well as workshops for deep inner work allow this threefold approach to unfold in a harmonious way and work on different layers of your being. The movement sessions offer a simple yet energetic practice to guide the energy of life (prana / qi) consciously in the body, release stored blockages and soothe the vagus nerve. The various workshops invite you to look into your own mental and energetic posture, place your locus of control within and step into your true power. Complementary sessions of breathwork round up the practice.

Tapashi and Anika have years of experience hosting retreats and working with intricate human emotional release during these programmes. They come together to guide you into a holistic experience through Hatha Yoga, Qigong and mobility exercises and other subtle meditative practices.

Get ready to dive into a deep inner journey in connection with your own inner healing nature. If you are looking for a yoga retreat that goes beyond a physical practice, this might be just the thing for you!

About the Teachers

Tapashi Devchoudhury:
Born in a Hindu family in Northeast India, Tapashi was introduced to asanas very early by her father, and the wisdom of ancient Hindu philosophies by her mother. The ancestral teachings of oriental philosophies and a fascination towards the human consciousness led to her exploring deeper connections between body, mind and spirit. Tapashi teaches meditation, mantra chanting and asanas. Her movement sessions are meditative and fluid, blending traditional hatha yoga with Qigong. She believes that 'Yoga' cannot be taught, it can only be experienced, and her classes aim to make this experience accessible to the modern body-mind.

Anika Hausdorff:

As soon as Anika took her first steps into the working world, she felt the need to create more balance in her life and to deepen her practice. After having done her first yoga training in 2013 with a special focus on functional yoga, Anika has continued to explore the many therapeutic aspects of yoga through studies and courses on myofascial relaxation techniques and taping to treat poor posture, pain and hematomas. Yoga became her way of life, which then led her to become an Ayurvedic lifestyle coach. Today, Anika works not only through conscious nutrition, healthy exercise and sensible habits, to help create the basis for finding more energy, motivation and focus, but also guides you to transform stress into creative energy using effective relaxation methods from Ayurveda and yoga.
