  • Meditation Session at 7:30 AM
  • Yoga Class at 8:00 AM
  • Nutritious Breakfast at 9:00 AM
  • Treatments, Optional Activities and Lunch from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Yoga Class at 4:00 PM
  • Tea Break, Sunset Meditation, and Nature Walk at 5:30 PM
  • Nutritious Dinner at 7:00 PM
  • Evening Activities or Yoga Nidra and Relaxation at 8:30 PM
