Anneliese discovered yoga in 2014 as a way to manage gut and hormonal imbalances. What began as personal exploration quickly turned into a calling. After her first yin class, she knew she was meant to teach—and has since dedicated herself to studying yin yoga, Chinese meridian theory, and emotional healing through movement and scent. Her deep dive into aromatherapy earned her affectionate nicknames like “the good witch” and “mistress of magical potions.” She creates personalised oil blends for healing sessions and classes, combining essential oils with yin acupoints and element-based meridian work. As the creator of the AromaYin courses, Anneliese trains others in this integrated approach, helping students understand how oils interact with qi, vibration, and emotional states. Her work is both rooted in knowledge and sparked by intuition—bridging the physical, energetic, and sensory worlds with warmth, humour, and a deep desire to help others heal.
