After leaving behind her life and career in Germany, Manuela became a full-time pilgrim—living in yoga communities, travelling to sacred places, and teaching across the globe. Her passion for Yin Yoga was born from a desire to bridge movement with mindfulness, drawing on the philosophy of Daoism and the power of deep rest. She leads signature offerings like Yin & Sound Healing, and is the lead trainer for Nalanda’s Meditation and Yin immersions. Her sessions integrate yin postures, guided meditation, sound therapy, and yoga nidra to support the body’s natural healing and emotional release. Known for her calm energy and intuitive guidance, Manuela creates spaces where students feel deeply held and gently transformed. Whether you’re seeking emotional release, spiritual insight, or simply quiet rest, her teachings offer a soft yet powerful invitation to come home to yourself.
