A retreat centred around letting go of anything that no longer serves your highest good, for physical & mental well being- bringing about the best version of you in 2026!

A one week intensive retreat, offering Dynamic cleansing yoga – sharing my 12 years Yoga teachings & asana practice acquired from my two bases: India & the U.K. shaping my vinyasa & ashtanga practice. Along with healing restoration classes, breathwork & meditation sessions, to heal the body & nervous system. A perfect balance of Yang & Yin, to set the equilibrium on this retreat!

x2 workshops 120 min each, Teaching Advanced Yoga Asanas~arm balances/ handstands/splits & x2 (90 min ) classes per day

My Yoga approaches during the retreat will be a mix of:

  • Vinyasa release flow, combined with the grounding strong •Ashtanga practice
  • Healing restorative Yin Yoga, to relax unwind, in afternoon restorative sessions.
