  • A week-long immersive yoga retreat designed around the 5 Elements, blending movement, breath, rest, and exploration.

    Morning Prana Vinyasa Flow (2.5h)
    Awaken your body, energy, and vitality through fluid, intelligent sequencing inspired by the elements.

    Sunset Yin Yoga (1.5h)
    Deeply release tension, calm the nervous system, and integrate the day through long-held postures and breath awareness.

    Time to Explore & Rest
    Beach walks, swimming, surfing, massages, excursions, or simply doing nothing.

    Bilingual Experience
    All classes and guidance offered in both French & English.

Several stunning yoga shalas host our daily practices, a beautiful resturante on the beach offering our daily nutritious meals, two pools to cool off in & stunning Rajhastani inspired rooms to recline n rejuvinate in.
