When you make an enquiry, book a stay, or sign up to our newsletter, we collect details such as your name, contact information, booking preferences, and any health information you choose to share for program screening.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, personalise programs, send confirmations and updates, and , with your consent , share occasional news and offers. We do not sell your personal data.

Booking and guest records are held in Nalanda’s own systems. We use trusted services for payments (Razorpay), messaging (WhatsApp), and email (Brevo), each handling only the data needed to do their job.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Email hello@nalandaretreat.com and we will help.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
