About this class
Morning Vinyasa Flow is a breath-led practice designed to wake the body gently and build steady heat as the sun comes up. Expect sun salutations, standing sequences, and a grounded close — taught at a pace that lets you find your own edge.
Suitable for all levels: newer students are offered clear modifications while experienced practitioners can take stronger variations. Drop in any morning to start your day clear, mobile, and calm.
What to bring: comfortable clothing you can move in and a water bottle. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided — arrive five minutes early to settle in.
