About This Retreat
Rewrite Your Relationship With Body & Mind
The Radiant Body Retreat is an immersive wellness experience exploring the relationship between physical movement, breath, psychology and inner awareness.
Drawing from Yoga and Vedanta alongside contemporary psychology and physiology, the retreat creates a space to explore the body and mind through movement, breathwork, philosophy and reflective practices.
Yoga, Stretch & Somatic Movement
The programme begins with guided body movement designed to help participants become more aware of physical tension and habitual patterns.
Through slow, intuitive and non-linear movement, including shaking, rolling and organic stretching, participants are invited to explore the body with greater awareness.
Deeper postures can then become opportunities for contemplation rather than simply physical exercises.
Body Movement Contemplation
Practices such as Pigeon Pose and Sphinx Pose are used as opportunities to explore Sakshi Bhava, or Witness Consciousness.
The focus is on observing physical sensations without immediately judging or identifying with them.
Breathwork
Breathing practices form an important part of the retreat.
The programme includes practices such as Kapalabhati, Bhastrika and Kumbhaka, alongside connected breathwork sessions.
These practices are introduced as tools for exploring breath, awareness and internal states.
Philosophy & Psychology
The retreat brings philosophical inquiry into direct conversation with the experience of the body.
Participants explore the framework of the Three Bodies: Sthula, Sukshma and Karana, alongside reflective exercises such as Drg-Drishya Viveka.
Through self-observation and contemplation, the programme invites participants to examine physical sensations, thoughts and patterns of identification.
Understanding the Mind
Dedicated sessions explore the power and uses of the mind, subconscious patterns and ways of developing greater awareness of internal experience.
Time is also given to self-reflection and self-study, allowing participants to integrate what they are learning rather than moving continuously from one activity to another.
A Journey Into Presence
The retreat balances active practices with stillness and reflection.
Movement creates awareness in the body. Breathwork offers another doorway into experience. Philosophy provides a framework for inquiry, while meditation and quiet time create space for integration.
The intention is to create a deeper understanding of how body, breath and mind interact.
