About this workshop

The Ayurveda Basics Workshop is a two-hour introduction to the world's oldest system of wellbeing. You will discover your dosha — your unique mind-body constitution — and what it means for the way you eat, move, and rest.

Led by Dr. Priya, the workshop covers practical daily routine (dinacharya), seasonal eating, and simple habits you can carry home. Expect clear explanations, a short practice, and time for your questions.

Open to everyone, no prior knowledge needed. Materials and a take-home summary are provided.
