About this class

Yin & Deep Stretch is a slow, floor-based practice where postures are held for several minutes to gently open the connective tissue around the hips, spine, and shoulders.

It is the perfect counter-balance to active days and stronger practice — releasing deep-held tension and calming the mind. All levels welcome; props support you in every shape.

What to bring: warm, comfortable clothing, as the body cools during long holds. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided.
