About This Retreat

There comes a moment when the woman you have been can no longer carry the life you are being called into.

Resurrected is created for that moment.

This is not a retreat designed to make you become someone new. It is an invitation to remember the woman underneath the conditioning, expectations, roles and identities that have shaped you.

Over nine days, you will be invited into a deeply intentional exploration of the feminine through Tantra, somatic embodiment, ritual, Ayurveda, nature and sisterhood.

You will explore what it means to inhabit your body more fully. To listen to your intuition. To feel without abandoning yourself. To experience pleasure without guilt. To hold your boundaries without apology. To reclaim parts of yourself that may have been silenced, suppressed or forgotten.

The retreat draws from lineage-based Tantra, Taoist feminine arts, Indian mysticism and shamanic wisdom, weaving ancient practices with contemporary somatic approaches to self-leadership.

The intention is not constant intensity.

Every day has been intentionally designed to balance transformation with spaciousness, devotion with integration, and deep inner work with rest.

With a maximum of just nine participants, Resurrected offers an intimate environment where meaningful connection, personal attention and sacred sisterhood can naturally unfold.

You will have time to practice, reflect, rest, swim, eat, listen and simply be.

Because transformation is not only found in the moments when everything shifts.

Sometimes, it happens in the quiet moments afterwards, when you finally have enough space to hear yourself.
