About This Program
Hormonal imbalance in women is a Vata-Pitta disturbance of the Artava Dhatu in Ayurveda, and HPO axis dysfunction in naturopathy. Shatavari, Lodhra, and Ashokarishta rebuild the Artava Dhatu; naturopathic functional hormonal testing identifies specific imbalances, and targeted nutrition, liver-detox support, and botanical medicine correct them. All sessions conducted by female practitioners.
