About This Program
Three distinct tiers of pure, immersive yoga practice with no therapies or clinical protocols. Beginner (5–7 nights) builds a safe, joyful foundation. Intermediate (14 nights) deepens alignment, arm balances, and inversions. Advanced (21 nights) explores Ashtanga, philosophy texts, advanced pranayama, and self-inquiry. Each tier includes twice-daily yoga practice, dedicated pranayama, philosophy lectures, guided meditation, sattvic meals, and personalised home practice guidance.
Why Ayurveda + Naturopathy
The Yoga Holiday intentionally excludes clinical therapies. It is pure sadhana — personal yoga practice as its own complete healing system. Graduates receive a 20% discount on their first full integrated wellness program.
