About This Retreat
The Path of Remembrance: Goa, India – A Homecoming
A land vibrating with tantric energy, sacred beauty and deep remembrance, India has a way of gently guiding us back home to ourselves.
The Path of Remembrance is an immersive retreat at Nalanda Retreat in Mandrem, Goa, created as a journey inward through yoga, tantra, meditation, healing practices, nature and connection.
Across the retreat, we will once again walk upon the sacred lands of India with open hearts and open souls, creating space to receive what this land, this community and these practices have to offer.
From sunrise yoga by the ocean to transformational Tantra workshops, from sound healing and breathwork to Kirtan and ecstatic dance, each experience is designed to support reflection, connection and inner transformation.
The retreat brings together Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, Traditional Tantra, meditation, breathwork, ice baths, herbalism, essential oils and sound healing, alongside time for ocean swims, Ayurvedic treatments, local experiences and nourishing Sattvic food.
Guest teachers will bring their individual areas of wisdom into the retreat, including Traditional Tantra, botanical alchemy, sound healing and breathwork.
More than simply a pause from everyday life, The Path of Remembrance invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore the deeper remembrance that lives within.
A homecoming to the body.
A homecoming to the breath.
A homecoming to the heart.
